4. Fulfillment Policy

4.1 Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality educational content and services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:

4.1.1 Digital Courses, E-Courses, Workshops, and Masterclasses

Refunds for digital courses, e-courses, workshops, and masterclasses (including the Slow REEDS Workshop, Slow REEDS Masterclass, Market Timing Workshop, Market Timing Masterclass, Market Timing Masterclass Integration, Short-Term Trading Mastermind, Short-Term Trading Mastermind Integration, High Yield Strategy Workshop, Gold Rush Intensive, Swift Stock Sector Selection System, Taxes for Traders, Advanced Tax and Asset Structuring, and Gold Rush Challenge) are granted only if:

  • You request a refund within seven (7) days of the purchase date by emailing [email protected].
  • You have not watched more than one (1) video from the course.

If both conditions are met, we will process your refund within 10 business days of approval. Refund requests outside this timeframe or exceeding the video limit will not be accepted.

4.1.2 Services

Refunds for one-time services (including Market Timing Workbook or Mario Workbook) and for recurring services (including the REEDS Report Monthly Webinar, Portfolio Strategy Letter, REED$Trader Daily Commentary, Tier 1 Indicators, Market Timing Report, Gold Strategies Letter, and REED$Trader Mechanical Report - or any bundle of these services) are available if:

  • You request a refund within seven (7) days of the purchase date by emailing [email protected].
  • The service has not been fully rendered or completed.

Once a service has been fully performed, refunds will not be issued. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

4.2 Subscription Cancellations

For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time by logging into your account and navigating to your Profile Settings.

  • Cancellations will stop future billings, but previous payments are non-refundable if not within the refund timeframe.
  • Your access to the subscription-based content will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
